Overview of our fitness training options

Personal Training

 

Our 45-minute Personal Training Sessions are designed to motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Your Personal Trainer will measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness. You can expect to be educated in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.  Our Certified Personal Trainers are friendly, motivating and dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

 

 

Group Fitness Classes

 

Our Group Fitness classes are perfect for every level of fitness enthusiast; beginner to advanced. We offer Bootcamp, Zumba, Todos 30, and Stretching. Beginners are more than welcome to drop-in at any time. We encourage you to try out several different options based on your mood, schedule, interests, etc. Our workouts are led by certified instructors who are fun, friendly, approachable. They are always ready to talk, share tips, and offer encouragement.

 

 

ZUMBA

Ditch the workout and join the party! The Zumba® program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout to a global community and will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor while burning up to 1,000 calories per hour.

TODOS 30

In a world with so much to do and so little time, thirty minutes is all you will need to get your heart pumping, blood flowing, and adrenaline racing. Achieve a total body workout, performing a continuous flow of exercises designed to be fun and challenging. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!

BOOTCAMP

Have fun while challenging yourself during an intense total body workout for all fitness levels! You will increase your muscular endurance and experience an improved quality of life resulting from a balanced variety of strength, core and power movements.

STRETCHING

A fluid yoga inspired class that dynamically links the flowing nature of the breath with mindful continual movement. This heat building flow will not only increase strength and flexibility, but will train the mind to be more content and relaxed throughout the most difficult challenges on and off the mat and is open to all levels.
