Ballroom Dancing Lessons

This is an ideal way of training for competitive dancers as we offer personalized, private lessons to those who are ready and committed to setting goals, receiving feedback, and seeing results. Our professional private lesson format brings quality expertise to your dancing, making sure you have the right tools, technique, and exercises to consistently and intensely improve. At Todos our goal is to help you better your wellness through focusing on health, physical abilities, and body conditioning. Our trainers are motivating, friendly, and fully dedicated to you and your goals.

We offer a variety of children's programs throughout the week for all ages, starting at age 4! Studies have shown that starting kids off early with lessons in ballroom dance can have a tremendous, positive influence on adulthood.

Developing strength and stamina is crucial in childhood and teenage years. Physical activity leads to success in all aspects of academic and social functioning. Our instructors possess a thorough knowledge of human development and exercise, which they will use to help your children gain strength and confidence, and help improve their overall health.

Learning to work as a team is the most important skill for academic success. Working with a partner, learning dance steps, and performing will give your children advantages, which will follow them into adulthood. It will build confidence, increase stamina, and open a new and exciting world for them to explore.

Ballroom dance is not only helpful with positive body image, but it also provides connections to peers from all over the world who share the same passion. While students learn different dances, they connect to other cultures and histories, developing unique interests that may accompany them throughout their life journey.

Syllabus steps are learned over the course of 10 weeks for each dance. At the end of the program, you'll have the opportunity to take an exam and continue on to the next level of steps, or continue with the current level for another round.

This adult program is designed for those who are interested in continued progress and learning, but not necessarily interested in becoming competitive dancers.

The 5 styles of International Standard dances include:

Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.

The 5 styles of International Latin dances include:

Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive.

Unlike the Syllabus Program, the Social Classes do not follow any sort of set schedule for classes. The styles rotate each class, so that each class is a unique experience.

These groups will also include the American Smooth and Rhythm dances and other dances like: Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, 2-Step, Hustle, Swing, and more!

This is a great option for those who are not so concerned with becoming serious dancers, but are just looking for a fun way to learn some new moves and get some exercise while they do it! Join a class today!
