GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to any Todos gift card originally purchased at any participating Todos Dance & Fitness Studio (“Todos”) or on the todosstudio.com website (the “Todos Gift Card”). Todos Gift Cards are issued by Todos, LLC, a Massachusetts based limited liability company ( “Issuer”). By purchasing an Todos Gift Card, accepting and retaining an Todos Gift Card or using an Todos Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Todos reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the Todos Gift Card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.
Use of the Todos Gift Card
You may use the Todos Gift Card only to purchase eligible merchandise and pay for services at any Todos Dance & Fitness Studio.
Redemptions/Balances
Your use of the Todos Gift Card is limited to the current dollar value held on the card. You may obtain your balance by presenting your Todos Gift Card at any Todos Fitness Club. Todos Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
Restrictions
You may not return, resell or use any Todos Gift Card for any unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes.
No Expiration Date/Service Charges
The Todos Gift Card has no expiration date, service charges or dormancy fees.
Promotional Cards
These Terms and Conditions do not apply to gift cards or other stored value cards that are given away for free or distributed as a reward, incentive, or as part of a marketing or promotional program (“Promotional Cards”). Promotional Cards may have different terms and expiration dates to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Protect your Todos Gift Card as if it were cash and safeguard the Todos Gift Card from unauthorized use. Except where required by applicable law, neither Issuer nor Todos is responsible for and will not replace Todos Gift Cards if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Misuse of the Card
Issuer and/or Todos reserves the right in its discretion to suspend or terminate use of any Todos Gift Card if Issuer or Todos suspects any fraud or misuse
of an Todos Gift Card. Issuer or Todos may cancel the Todos Gift Card at any time, without notice.
Property Rights
The consideration paid for the Todos Gift Card, including any unredeemed balances, is the property of the Issuer.
No Warranties
Subject to applicable law, Todos and Issuer make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Todos Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Issuer nor Todos assume any responsibility for any loss of any kind arising out of your use of any Todos Gift Card. In the event an Todos Gift Card is not functional, your sole remedy and Issuer’s and Todos' sole liability shall be the replacement of the Todos Gift Card at its then-current value.
Governing Law
The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts govern the Card and the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, without regard to choice of law principles.
Severability
If any one or more of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall be for any reason whatsoever held invalid, then such provisions shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
Entire Agreement
Except as specifically stated otherwise, these Terms & Conditions set forth the entire understanding relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior understandings, written or oral, are superseded by these Terms & Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) apply to Todos gift cards or other stored value cards that are given away for free or distributed as a reward, incentive, or as part of a marketing or promotional program (“Promotional Cards”). Promotional Cards are issued by Todos LLC, a Massachusetts based limited liability company ( “Issuer”). By using, accepting and/or retaining a Promotional Card, you agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Todos reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the Promotional Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.
Use of the Promotional Card
You may use the Todos Gift Card only to purchase eligible merchandise and pay for services at any Todos Dance & Fitness Studio. You may not use the Promotional Card to pay for membership dues.
Redemptions/Balances

PERSONAL TRAINING AND PRIVATE DANCE LESSON TERMS AND CONDITIONS
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
A Todos member that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ notice is given. You can make these changes via the Appointments tab in your Walla account, or by contacting the front desk directly. Members will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Payments
Payment for sessions is required to be made by the member on or before the date of the session. If a member has no session inventory, charges for late cancellations or no show appointments for sessions will be charged to the member’s credit card on file with Todos under the membership agreement. In addition, charges for sessions which are used by a member but not otherwise paid for will be charged to the member’s credit card on the day the session is used.
Discounts
Todos may offer discounts on sessions to members who purchase a package of sessions. These discounts only apply to the number of sessions purchased as a group. Any further or additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual sessions.
Expiration Policy
All sales are final. Session expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
