George is a former competitive Latin dancer who was forced to participate in physical therapy to get back on his feet. As a result of that therapy, he saw the importance and necessity to condition and take care of his body. While in the process of getting his Doctorate in Sports Therapy, George has become certified in the Burdenko Method, which has helped hundreds of Olympic and Professional Athletes get back into performance-level shape for their respective sport. George works all around MA, CT, RI, and NH with clients of all different levels and ages.

Although in high demand all over the state, he has been kind enough to devote some of his precious time to our studio and is ready to work with any clients to help them reach their conditioning goals. Whether that means getting over an injury, rebuilding strength, or weight loss, George will help you achieve whatever you have planned!

Christina grew up loving dance, gymnastics, and volleyball. Dance was part of her life from a very young age and she continued with it through high school.

Once she started college, Christina took a break from dance. However, after college, she discovered Zumba! She fell in love with it from the very first class, but it wasn’t until her 40th birthday that Christina decided to become licensed to teach.

She is a teacher, and Etsy shop owner, and mom to a spunky 7 year old girl.  She loves the outdoors, her family, coffee, anything crafty, and helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
