Hands Together

George is a former competitive Latin dancer who was forced to participate in physical therapy to get back on his feet. As a result of that therapy, he saw the importance and necessity to condition and take care of his body. While in the process of getting his Doctorate in Sports Therapy, George has become certified in the Burdenko Method, which has helped hundreds of Olympic and Professional Athletes get back into performance-level shape for their respective sport. George works all around MA, CT, RI, and NH with clients of all different levels and ages.

Although in high demand all over the state, he has been kind enough to devote some of his precious time to our studio and is ready to work with any clients to help them reach their conditioning goals. Whether that means getting over an injury, rebuilding strength, or weight loss, George will help you achieve whatever you have planned!

Kelsey has always been active and passionate about dance. She started taking ballet, tap and jazz classes from the time she was 5 and continued throughout grade school with her lessons, adding hip hop into the mix. In high school Kelsey danced and starred in a number of the school musicals, and notably choreographed the children’s theater production of Alice in Wonderland her senior year. In college Kelsey continued to perform, participating in Boston College’s premier acapella group The Bostonians.

Two kids and a full-time job in management consulting later, Kelsey discovered Zumba and never looked back – regularly taking 3-4 classes per week and becoming licensed to teach in 2017. She is a member of the Zumba Instructor Network and loves to share her passion for dance with others – there’s no better way to spend an hour than cutting loose with friends and getting in a great workout! Kelsey now lives in Needham with her husband and their two young daughters and continues to work full-time in management consulting.

Griselle was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She has a BS in industrial engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and a MS from Boston University in Manufacturing engineering.

She loves the ocean, beings outdoors, working out and dancing - something she has done her whole life. The first dance she remembers doing was a typical Puerto Rican dance called "plena". Growing up, she was always in dance groups and was also part of the University of Puerto Rico first dance group. She also choreographed the first dance for the Miss Añasco beauty pageant. Her favorite type of dance is salsa.

She also loves to play and watch sports and has been active her whole life. Her favorite sports are running, martial arts and beach volleyball.

Christina grew up loving dance, gymnastics, and volleyball. Dance was part of her life from a very young age and she continued with it through high school.

Once she started college, Christina took a break from dance. However, after college, she discovered Zumba! She fell in love with it from the very first class, but it wasn’t until her 40th birthday that Christina decided to become licensed to teach.

She is a teacher, and Etsy shop owner, and mom to a spunky 7 year old girl.  She loves the outdoors, her family, coffee, anything crafty, and helping others reach their health and fitness goals.

Zumba = Christina's Happy Place

Krystal has always been interested in dance.  At 3 years old, she made her debut on stage and from then on it became her passion.  She continued to dance through high school, preforming in dance studio recitals, as well as the high school musicals.

Krystal discovered Zumba in 2011, in desperate need to ditch the traditional workouts.  The idea of becoming a licensed instructor was always on her mind.  Finally, in 2017, she became licensed.  She is a member of the Zumba Instructor Network.  Krystal is an active stay at home mom to two rambunctious little boys, who love to Zumba with her.  Her other passions include running and baking.

Born and raised in Mumbai, the land of Bollywood, I moved to Boston more than a decade ago.
Bollywood is not just a movie genre when you grow up in Mumbai; it's a way of life! Growing up, I spent my weekends learning Indian classical dance, and the rest of the week dancing in front of the TV watching every Bollywood song that one could dance to (and a few that no one could). Feel free to test me on this! When I moved to Boston, I thought my lifelong relationship with Bollywood and dancing had come to an end. Thanks to BollyX, the opposite came true.. I am dancing more; I am fitter and happier than ever. During the pandemic I shared my passion to bring health and happiness to thousands. I brought joy to BollyX to dancers and non-dancers of all fitness levels and ages. Now, my youngest participant is 3 years old and the oldest is 95. I take great pride in making the magic of Bollywood accessible and enjoyable to everyone. In return, it made me one of the most popular BollyX instructors. I look forward to sharing this electric energy and happiness with you, in-person, every Thursday at 6pm at Todos Dance Studio in Natick.
